This is a veteran, long circulated, "Cinco" or 5 Pesos note from "El Banco Central de la Republica Argentina". These were issued in 1935.

Face: 55,324,246 D • Serie D • Blue. • Liberty or "Progreso" with torch at left.
Back: Red.
