This is a complete set with all parts, including working key. You will need to supply only the screws. It works and is in good mechanical condition. Cosmetically it is worn... oh wait, what I meant to say is it "has nice patina". One of the black (ceramic? glass?) knobs has a crack, but it's holding together. The two door plates have a different look to them... I think at one time one was sanded and painted, while the other has it's original brass plated finish. The latch plate measures 5-3/8" x 7/8". The mortise in the door will need to be 3-3/4" tall x 5/8" wide x 3-1/4" deep. 2-3/8" backset.

I urge you to click on the "Shipping and Payments" tab above to view your shipping options, especially on heavier items. The default option is not always the cheapest. You also have the option of choosing your shipping method when paying for the item, and again I urge you to take a look at your options; you could save a few bucks.

On average, I LOSE MONEY ON SHIPPING. I feel the need to express this because I am getting many comments like "Come on, you gotta be able to ship it cheaper than that!" No, I can't, unless there are unusual circumstances. The fact that ebay takes around 16% of what you pay me for shipping does not help that equation.

I can ship USPS or UPS. I can't ship FedEx; I live in a rural area that Fed Ex does not service. International sales/shipping gladly accepted through the eBay Global Shipping program.

I use almost exclusively recycled packaging to keep your shipping/handling costs down. I pack thoroughly, and I don't have many damaged shipments. It does happen occasionally, though, and in those cases I will make it right.

If you (the buyer) want insurance or alternate shipping, we can work it out prior to payment. I will ship within 3 business days after receiving payment, usually quicker.
