Item Description/Specifications
- Powers on just fine, responds to the control stick and moves in all dimensions with full range of motion. This plotter is designed to work with a computer and specific software for automatic drawing based on a template, but I do not have that software. There is an ink carousel for inserting different cartridges into the drawing 'arm,' but all of those inks will have long dried up by now. I ran the self-test from page 15 of the manual (see 3rd link below), which is to press and hold the CALL button until the unit beeps twice, then release. It successfully attempted to print out an example page. I ran this test three times in a row. HOWEVER, the electrostatic unit that keeps the paper on the bed doesn't seem to be working. The arm/carriage does not collect a pen from the carousel. The error light did NOT trigger.
- Please see the links below for further information on this specific variant of the 4662 plotter, especially the fact that it has eight (8) pens, as opposed to the normal one.

Payment & Shipping policies
- Item will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage by default. USPS Priority
is also available. I prefer using these over UPS when it comes to
sensitive electronics due to some terrible handling issues with UPS
breaking things in the past. I will pack it as good as I can, but choose UPS Ground at your own risk.
- Item will generally be shipped within 1 business day of full payment being cleared. Ordering on a weekend (or over holidays) may result in delays. USPS observes federal United States holidays, such as Columbus Day.
Return policies
- Item may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Buyer pays for return shipping, unless item is defective.
