This is a varia mount that positions it horizontally. I tested this mount and it works in this position. The light is placed closer to vehicles for this reason. But upon request I can flip it. As well as change lengths. Choose carefully, the 

"extended" versions are designed to clear saddlebags.

"Regular" Version is not horizotal

 also make replacement inserts if you need one.

Can be made in colors as well.

It needs a zip tie or elastic run through the hole in the rear, to your saddle rail.

Light and insert not included. Unless you buy the insert.
