This is the real deal.  I got so many amazing items from a sweetheart of a client I moved into an assisted living facility.  She offered all of her belongings to her family, yet they did not want anything.  She had some amazing items.  This set is one of many great things.  There are flaws with this set.  The sugar bowl has cracks on the bottom that you can seen both sides.  It looks like they were repaired once.  There is also a few stains to the outside and inside of the porcelain.  The most noticeable is on the top edge. The teapot looks fantastic.  I barely noticed until I really looked close but there is a chip at the very top edged the spout.  Sadly the prices are missing therefore it can’t be repaired.  There are also a few stains to the inside of the porcelain.  These were made around 1812 to 1814.  You would expect flaws.  I certainly would not purchase these with the intent on using these.  These really should be for display.  There are a few of these in better condition in museums both in the UK and the US.  Owning so thing like this is an honor and I look forward to finding these a great home and someone who can give these the attention they deserve.  Lately it seems that every job I do, my clients have been providing me with items they either no longer need, want or have room for. My reputation as a mover has always been very good, but my eBay store reputation is growing rather quickly.  I literally get calls from clients asking me if I would be interested in selling things for them.  I am so grateful to be offered these belongings. I get a little bit of everything.   I currently have two warehouse units full of things to sell.
