VINTAGE 14K GOLD ITALIAN HORN VILE PENDANT NECKLACE

Vintage 14k yellow gold Italian horn glass vile pendant, featuring 24k gold nugget pieces. Pendant is approx. 2 inches tall including the ring bail. Stamped 14k on top of the large capping bail. The yellow gold rope chain is 24 inches in length. Stamped 14k & 585 on clasp.  Heavy at 9 grams with chain weighing 7.4 grams and pendant 1.6 grams. Straight out of Virginia estate. I believe this necklace is from the mid to late 1970's. Necklace can be worn by a man or woman. In wonderful preowned customized vintage condition.
