This is a tool used to help remove material from a Dana 60 pinion bearing race pocket when converting to Jana 76.  Bearings are inserted into the pocket, followed by a carbide burr attached to a die grinder.  Starting with a round-ended burr and the largest distance (0.150"), material can be removed bit by bit in a methodical fashion.  The tool is spun like a rotary phone to drive the burr around the pocket removing the shoulder as necessary for the machined pinion bearing race.

This listing is for the 3D printed tool only; bearings and carbide burrs can be purchased from Amazon or elsewhere.

Bearing part number: R4-2RS (1/4"x5/8"x9/32")
