Wear:Recommended for day time wear. There is no restriction on length of wearing time. Avoid over stretching the strap. Please monitor your circulation and sensation carefully. Remove or loosen your Elbow POP Wrap if you experience skin discoloration, temperature change or tingling sensations.
Care:Hand or machine wash in a small mesh laundry bag. To prevent snags, close the Velcro when washing. Lay flat to air dry.
