*NOTE TO EBAY - THESE BOXES ARE EMPTY AND DO NOT CONTAIN ANY RESTRICTED AMMUNITION COMPONENTS*

Up for your consideration is a two-piece set of empty replica early Vietnam War era CAL. .38 SPECIAL M41 MILITARY CONTRACT BOXES with a Federal Cartridge Corporation label.

The 158 grain FMJ .38 SPL ball cartridge used in WWII was phased out in the late 1940s in favor of a 130 grain ball cartridge that created less recoil when fired. This new cartridge was designated as the M41 and continued in production until the late 1970s. Suppliers of the M41 cartridge at various times during that period included Federal Cartridge (FC), Remington Arms (RA), Western Cartridge (WCC) and Winchester (WRA).  Federal Cartridge Corporation, which was the contract operator of Twin Cities Arsenal, began production of the M41 ball cartridge in 1957, continuing through the Vietnam War era.

Each single purchase is for two unassembled cartons with a Federal Cartridge Corp. Cal. .38 Special M41 label. The lot numbers are hand stamped on the labels prior to shipping, either matching my original box, or if you prefer, I can match the lot number of a spam can or crate that you may have. The cartons will be shipped flat, with assembly instructions. I had a lot of these made, so if you want multiple sets, just change the auction quantity before you click on the "Buy It Now" button.

Check my feedback and buy with confidence. I prefer paypal, and shipping to US addresses is free. I will ship internationally, but there will be extra shipping charges involved, and they will be added by eBay during the checkout process. I can also combine shipping for multiple items on international orders. If you have a lot number preference, then please send details to me on the eBay checkout page, or send me an email.

Be sure to check out all my other replicas. Just click on my store link at the bottom of this listing.

Thanks for your interest and support.
