Here's a very rare early label under glass Elixir Dentifrice apothecary dental medicine bottle from an 1800s drugstore, complete with its original cork stopper and brass cover.....ELIXIR DENTIFRIC in black letters on gold, red, black & white label under a glass cover on square sunken panel....Hand blown bottle with ground pontil scar on bottom....hand tooled ring collar with original cork stopper.....nickel or silver plated brass cover with black & gold paint...clear...... 9 1/2"tall x 4 1/4"round...Excellent shiny nice condition with no chips, cracks or damage. Some normal old aging of label under glass, but no damage to the glass cover. Original brass cover was on the bottle when it was found. It came from an early drugstore or dentist office in New England. I've never seen an Elixir Dentrifrice apothecary bottle this large before.....and probably will never see another!..
