These are 100 bundles of 100 the same commemorative stamps from Germany. I believe this is 100 different bundles of 100 stamps but I am not 100% sure.

In some cases smaller bundles are combined together to make one of 100 size, in some cases there will be more than 100 stamps. The converse might be true, there might be some bundles that are a bit smaller than 100 (ie they assumed they were 100 based on the "thickness" when in fact there wasn't actually 100 there). The combined ones are easy to see in the pictures. I believe the volume of short ones will be very small.

As with any bulk lots there will be mixed condition.
