Very nice and fanciful but demure lady’s red Derby hat. Purple ribbon/bow, red flowers, and feathers. Handmade in New Orleans, Louisiana by Fleur De Paris. Signed on the inside by the designer/maker. Includes the original hat box AND business card that was included in the original sale!
