ULTRA RARE Marvel VS Capcom Captain Commando Action Figure 1999 Vintage RETRO

This action figure is in exceptionally good used condition. See pictures for close up details. There are a very few minor imperfections that appear to be from the manufacturing process. The plastic is still shiny - no scuffs or dull places. The paint is not faded whatsoever - the colors are very vibrant. These do not become available in this condition often.
