You should replace all parts and Strings and Maybe Pin Block. 

You can have your rebuilder rebuild this piano to your specifications. 
You would not buy this piano thinking you can use it in it's present condition. 

IT MUST BE REBUILT.

Soundboard is in good condition. All Soundboards at this age will have some Cracks and would be shimmed when you restring the piano. 

YOUR Technician could advise you if any parts that are present can still function the way you want them to.
