In the unlikely event something breaks in transit, please contact us immediately and we ask that you supply photos of the item, the box and packing material. These photos are necessary to file claim with carrier. USPS will sometimes ask to see the box itself, we know this is inconvenient and appreciate your assistance. Thankfully this has not had to be put into service... we both want your items to you safely.
