Live At Winterland, recorded October 10-12, 1968, have been remixed and remastered. The sound is dynamic, just what you want from a live Hendrix recording. It features the Experience playing an array of classic cuts, plus two covers, "Wild Thing" by the Troggs and "Sunshine of Your Love" from Cream. An excellent, powerful set.

Radio One consists of live performances played in BBC studios over several months on 3 BBC programs, in 1967. Are You Experienced was released in May of 1967, before some of these were recorded. Imagine the BBC engineers hearing this music for the first time. There are a number of covers, mostly blues classics from Muddy Waters, Howling Wolf, Willie Dixon, but also Day Tripper and Hound Dog. Great early live Hendrix.

Both CDs come with good, interesting liner notes, in very good to excellent condition.
