FULFILLMENT:

-  Some of our items are fulfilled from various warehouses. You may not receive any tracking information when your order is processed and shipped. We will update this information within 1-3 business days.

-  Most orders we ship are fulfilled within 24-48 hours. Any orders placed Friday-Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday-Tuesday. You may still receive orders over the weekend.

RETURNS:

-  If an item is purchased that does not include free shipping, only a refund for the item will be issued. This will not include the original postage cost payed. Upon returning, buyers will also be responsible for paying the return postage. Please keep this in mind before making any final decisions on a purchase.

-  Any orders relating to grocery, candy, or meltable items will be returnable for the duration stated in the listing. However, if any of these items show signs of sweating or are melted, we will not provide a refund to buyers. Many buyer locations will vary in weather. Therefore, some buyers will have to be cautious when purchasing these items in warmer climates. Also, if these types of products are opened or damaged in any way, you will not be able to return them.

-  If an item is not in the original packaging, opened or damaged in any way, we reserve the right not to refund the items full price. Buyers typically will be refunded with the full item price minus the loss of value for applicable categories. This applies to all items sold. Grocery and candy products are excluded from this rule as they cannot be returned in an opened or damaged condition. Please look above for information on this matter.

- Buyers are responsible for entering correct addresses. If we receive an item back because a bad address was entered, we will refund only the item price. If an item does reach the buyer’s address, but is forwarded back to us for any reason relating to the buyer, we will refund only the item price. If either of these are seller related issues, a full refund will be given.

-  As stated, buyer’s will be responsible for returns. If you choose another shipping company other than an eBay prepaid label, please inform us with the tracking information. This will give us an expected arrival date, and allows us to process returns sooner.
