Terms and Conditions

Please fully read the description of the item you are interested in. All Items I sell are not guaranteed or warranted unless otherwise stated in the above item description. Some items are being sold “as is”, “as shown”, and/or “as described”. I will only take returns if the item has been misrepresented. Please contact me and I will take the item back as stated in return policy below. Shipping and return shipping charges are nonrefundable. Only the pictured items are included in the listing, if it is not pictured or mentioned in the description it is not included.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment must be received within FIVE (5) days of auction close. Unpaid auction wins will be forfeited after FIVE (5) days and a Non-Payer report will be filed with eBay to recover the closing fees of the auction.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

All shipping rates are calculated based on an estimation of the items packed weight.  Return shipping charges are non refundable. Most items will be shipped within 2 business days. All tracking information will be provided as available. We ship all items USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail whichever costs less unless buyer has a special request. We do ship UPS if there is no other option for delivery.

Returns

I will accept returns for items that are delivered and found to not be represented as listed, within 10 days. If you receive an item that is damaged in shipment, please contact the shipper and file a claim with them. Please contact me as soon as possible if you have any concerns about the representation of what was listed, and what you received. All returns, the buyer pays return shipping, and I will refund the purchase price if the entire item is returned. All shipping charges are nonrefundable.
