Soft cover foldout brochure with color photo and illustrations on the front cover and a map pinpointing the location of the Edgewater Beach Motel on the back cover. Not dated. Post zip codes...my best guess is the 1960's-1970's. Issued by the Edgewater Beach Motel. Unfolds to eight panels (four on each side). See scans for entire contents of brochure.
Through informative text and a few color photos, the brochure provides the reader an idea of some of the services and amenities available at the motel. On one side (four panels) is a pictorial map of the complex and nearby points of interest.
The brochure is in good + (plus) condition. Modest wear to the covers with light creasing around the edges.Interior panels are clean and free of marks and creases. Original. Shipping is free for domestic first class mail with delivery tracking.
