Selling my extremely rare original Norma Jeane Marilyn Monroe photograph taken in 1947. Here Marilyn is looking absolutely gorgeous posing for advertisements for Blue Book Modeling Agency with fellow Blue Book model, Jean Brown, at the Ambassador Hotel in 1947. At this time, she wasn't receiving much work in film and had received her last check from Fox Studios on August 31st. Around that time, she returned to Blue Book and asked Emmeline Snively if there was any modeling work she could pick up. Miss Snively was thrilled and decided to use her as a model to help publicize Blue Book as she was one of the top models of the school. Very historical. Taken by photographer Joseph Jasgur. Produced from the original negative or transparency. My best guess is this was produced possibly in the 60’s maybe earlier. Gelatin silver. Size 8x10. In excellent condition. Reasonable offers accepted.

I plan to sell my entire collection if you’re interested please follow me for more rare original Marilyn photos you may like in the future. Thank you.
