Free delivery is an open slot anytime between 8am to 7pm. Please do not dispose of your old bed before taking delivery of your new bed in case there are any unforeseen circumstances with regards to delivery.

The vast majority of our products will be shipped on a 3-5 working day service, this only counts for WORKING DAYS. Free Delivery offer only applies to mainland England, Wales, and parts of Scotland. There will be surcharges for Ireland, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and other British Islands.
Deliveries will be any time between 8am and 7pm, this depends on your location with regard to the couriers nearest depot. Couriers will deliver to the main door of the building. They are under no obligation to take packages upstairs or into lifts or into properties. Please note that if you are not home, the courier may attempt to leave the package with a neighbour.
All of our items are dispatched within 24 hours, but as delays can occur, please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery.
We employ the services of a courier company, of whom we have no control over, as they are their own entity. We are not liable for delays in transit, or the behaviour and demeanour of the drivers. We will, however, endeavour to report any negative incidents involving courier drivers that we are made aware of.
We offer all our customers a 30 working day returns policy, starting from the day you receive delivery. You must report any issues with the item within 14 days of receiving the item. Failure to report any issues within this 14- day period will result in us being unable to accept a return.
If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we will accept your return and offer you a full refund. We can only accept products for return with their original packaging.
We can only accept products for return with their original packaging, in the condition they were delivered. Any unwanted orders will be collected at an additional cost, usually around £35. This allows us to cover the courier's charges. This charge does not apply to products which are faulty or damaged: these will be collected free of charge.
In the event of receiving your item in a damaged condition, please contact us either by eBay message or via telephone with details and images of the problem. The more information you provide, the faster we will be able to resolve the problem and ensure your satisfaction with your order.
Our offices are closed on weekends and bank holidays. In the event that your item arrives damaged, please mark the POD (delivery note from driver) as damaged. We will then be able to assist you and either send your replacement parts or a whole new product.
We cannot accept used mattress returns after the mattress has been taken out of the plastic packaging. This is due to hygiene reasons. This is standard practice among mattress retailers. The term used in regard to mattresses means any mattress which has been completely removed from its original packaging.
Please note that when we arrange a collection, you must be available all day for our couriers to collect the item. We can not guarantee time-slots for collections, and as such, your item could be collected anytime between 8am and 5pm.
Failure to be present and available for collection after it has been booked in will result in additional charges for re-booking.
