1. What is Standard Tag Gun and Fine Tagging Gun?
Tag guns are classified into two types mainly based on the type of tag pin it uses, which could be either standard tag pin or fine tag pin. Standard tag pin works with only standard tag gun, which has a bigger needle diameter, about 2.3mm. Fine tag pin works only with fine tag gun, which has a comparatively smaller needle diameter, about 1.29mm diameter. Do note standard tag pin will not work in fine tag gun, and fine tag pin will not work in standard tag guns.
2. Is there any difference in Tag Pins used in both Standard Pricing Gun and Fine Pricing Gun ?
Yes, there is a big difference between tag pins used in standard tag gun and fine tag gun. As mentioned above point, standard tag pin work only with standard tag gun, and fine tag gun works only with fine tag gun, the head of the tag pin which enters inside the tag guns is very different in terms of its size. The standard tag pin is normally 1.0mm diameter, while the head of fine tag pin is normally 0.8mm diameter.

Delivered Faulty; If the items are faulty when it’s delivered, we ask that you report it to us within 3 working days in writing. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. But we will test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty, you will have to pay 15% handling charge will be levied on to cover our administration costs.
