This listing is for a 2023 $2 Renewed silver toonie 2 ounce coin minted in pure silver. with gold plating.  This coin is commemorating the Dance of the spirits toonie originally issued in 2017.    

The coin weighs 62.69 grams and is 50 mm in diameter.  It is minted to the standard of 99.99% purity!!      The obverse has the image of the Queen (by Susanna Blunt).  A uniquely numbered certificate is included. Coin shipped to you in its original mint packaging.  Very limited mintage of only 2,500.

It wasn’t so long ago that the RCM issued the My Canada, My Inspiration circulation coins honouring the 150ᵗʰ anniversary of Confederation, and the $2 Dance of the Spirits piece is now considered a modern classic! A celebration of Canada’s natural wonders, the 2017 Toonie has been re-imagined as a selectively gold-plated 99.99% pure silver coin, and the enhanced canvas allows us to include more engraved details than originally seen on the 2017 circulation piece. It is the third and final Toonie to get the “renewal” treatment in this limited series of Masters Club exclusive coins available to Gold, Platinum, Prestige, Diamond and Diamond Elite levels.
