Return - We have 30 days return policy as long as the items are returned in their original conditions as they were sent (not worn or used) from Anygolds with the gift box. We promise you 100% money back with shipping & handling fee if the item is defective. Just let us know what you're returning and we'll send you detailed instructions on what to do next. Please note the following details:
• All jewelry must be safely packed in its original packaging and shipped in a box or padded mailer to protect the merchandise.
• Damaged jewelry that has been abused or mishandled from return shipping will not be accepted.
• Any jewelry returned in regular envelopes or non padded mailing envelopes will automatically be rejected. These returns are logged and will not be accepted if they are mailed again in different packaging.
The shipping charges are non-refundable and buyer will be responsible for shipping charges both ways. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
