The box contains 199 Packs and these packs are not sealed either. They come with an spot on top where the replica money is inserted. I have enclosed a closeup of a pack for your inspection to show you what each pack looks like. All packs contain replica money as they have been checked. Also the two packs on both the right sides and left sides have some damage from being crammed in the box with the other packs.
