It is a Snowman Gruftah treble boost into a cascaded jfet distortion circuit.The result is a Sabbath type distortion. Similar  to a full stack on ten.
The distortion can be rolled back and the pedal used as a treble boost.
This pedal uses a center negative 9volt power supply (not included).Does not take batteries.
