Nice decorative antique corner staircase newel post. The newel post is in a worn scratched and scuffed dark varnished finish. Has a nice urn top finial and a lower flat ball finial. The lower finial section is chunked out and can be trimmed down. It is a salvaged piece so expect to find cut nails, nail holes, and small chunks missing. scuffs and scratches. There is a notch towards the bottom. Overall good solid condition. Please look over the pictures and ask questions when needed. Thanks for looking!
