Description

This is a veteran, "Cinq" or 5 Francs note from the "Banque Nationale de Belgique" in the "Kingdom of Belgium". It is dated April 28, 1931 and pictures King Albert and Queen Elisabeth.
 
Albert married Elisabeth in 1900. He became King in 1909 and reigned during World War I. He died in a mountain climbing accident in 1934. Elisabeth lived until 1965.

The Note: A well-circulated note, it has passed through many hands. It has some edge roughness and splits but no tears. It also has a number of small holes. The note will be sent in a new large currency holder that protects it. As grading is subjective, please see the pictures and judge for yourself.
