Orders over £100 will be shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, fully insured. Orders over £250 will be shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm, fully insured. All other items will be sent using Evri.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the day you received the item. All returned items must be in the same condition as received based on the listing photos, with all original tags and labels attached, if present. For items not meeting this requirement, the eBay partial refund deduction guidelines will be applied and a deduction will be applied based on the condition.
RETURN PROCESS

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. You will be notified when your refund has been processed.
