This is by Takaya Nakamura (中村孝也).

Takaya Nakamura is a maki-e artist who has had many domestic art prize careers since 1979. It also mentions a notable event in 1988 when Mr. Eduard Shevardnadze, the former President of Georgia, visited Japan. Takaya's work, "Hira-natsume grape maki-e," was selected by Urasenke as a commemorative item for Mr. and Mrs. Shevardnadze.
