2 late 1960s Aitron Wristo AIE-1541 medium wave wrist radios offered for spares/repair/restoration. Both actually work- the white one poorly and the red one quite well. However there is only one battery cap and this has a decayed spring in it so does not make good contact (they do seem to be very fussy about supply contacts). The white one looks to have never been used and has just sat in a shop window somewhere for a very long time- hence the sun bleaching to the box on one side and colour on the other. The straps uses a couple of bits of wide elestic to secure the radio to them and this has decayed and needs replacing or shortening. Both straps are complete, but the vinyl backing on the white one has separated from the front "leather" and needs gluing back. Just the one set of instructions- designed in Great Britain, made in Hong Kong and sold in America! The case is about 55m wide (excluding knobs) by 85mm high. Runs off single 1.5 volt AA battery- the internal positive contact looks clean.
