22" Tall Wire Spring Fabric Santa Claus Christmas Candy Red Green White.

I tried to show in the pictures that it has a Spring inside so it can move around.  It does have wire in the hat and arms and then the larger spring in the middle.  It leans whichever way the table, floor, or whatever it is on, leans, and will wiggle, bounce, and move when whatever it is sitting on does. It has a weighted bottom to stay in place.  There are a few snags on Santa's suit and one spot on the beard where you can see glue.  Looks like there was a tag, but it has been cut off, so I am not sure on who made this.
