Had received this brand new ballast as a warranty replacement from a high-end lamp designer/manufacturer (for a lamp running a single T5, High Output 54watt, 4ft fluorescent bulb), but ended up never installing the ballast as the lamp was sold to someone that wanted to fix it themselves before this ballast got delivered to me. Looking to sell the ballast at a nominal price to someone that might be able to make use of it.
