These connectors are required if you are planning to make your own Solis data logger or piggyback device, in which case you may have come across the numerous projects on the internet or perhaps you want to make an extension to get a better Wi-Fi signal for your existing data logger stick.  These connectors can also be used to allow you to use one wifi stick on more than one inverter.

You are buying a complete male & female kit:

• Exceedconn EC04681-1123-BF (male bulkhead)

Suitable for the Solis/Ginlong Inverter RS-485 RS485 data logger port.

The picture showing the disassembled connectors shows all the parts you will receive.

The connectors are waterproof / IP68 rated.

** Be careful with other similar eBay listings that might not include the complete kit or include genuine original parts **

The female connector sports a 6mm sealing ring which I found clamps Ethernet cable well.

The last two photos show the connectors connected to an inverter and Wifi logger.  These items, of course, are NOT included.

NOTE:  This kit is a suitable replacement for the EC04681-2014-BF connector.  They are physically identical except this kit has a higher voltage rating.
