The racket is in new, never used condition. The grip is still sealed (but the plastic seal is a bit torn at the bottom end. The grey base grip may be pulverous (caused by aging) when you remove the plastic seal. There are some smudges to the bumper guard.
The racket is unstrung (it has never been strung).
