TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Any* item purchased from ourselves may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a EXCHANGE UNIT (postage & packing not included). Goods must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We suggest you use Recorded Delivery or other traceable means as proof of posting is not proof of delivery. We will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit, please check the goods before signed for if not damaged. if signed for not checked and it is damaged can not be returned. 

Payment: All payments for auction items must be received within 7 days. 

Feedback : Our feedback is very important to us. We will always return positive feedback once received. If you for any reason feel you have not had a positive transaction please contact us before leaving feedback as we are always happy to help with any problems and go out of our way to make our customers happy. 

Postage: We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage. Our preferred delivery method is via TNT Couriers, as items are signed for and can be tracked if lost or delayed. This protects us, the seller, and the customer. A receipt is obtained for all items sent (UK and International deliveries), and can be provided as proof of postage if an item is lost. Please email for tracking numbers. 

Lost Items: Whilst every effort is made to ensure your item arrive in a timely and un-damaged manner by using reputable carriers, things can go wrong and due to a number of unscrupulous eBay buyers any claim for loss or damage in transit will be subject to our claims procedure and thoroughly investigated. WE WILL ONLY REFUND ON LOST ITEMS WHEN ALL CHANNELS HAVE BEEN INVESTIGATED. 

Faulty Items: we will replace the item if its faulty all parts tried and tested before sent out. we DO NOT cover any labour costs at all. 

All products must be returned in original packaging and unopened if sealed, if the item is a brand new sealed item and has been opened we are not obliged to offer a refund on the purchase.
