Scarce booklet issued in 1972 by Alfa Romeo giving a detailed account of the evolution of the Alfa Romeo badge emblem. . Sub-titled "Gli stemmi della signoria viscontea e del comune di milano. Il Marchio Alfa Romeo " which translates to "The Coats of Arms of the House of Visconti and the city of Milan.The Alfa Romeo Emblem." it coves the evolution of the coat of arms of Milan which was also the heart of the emblem of Alfa Romeo, a Serpent and Cross.
This book is in Italian text with English translation to rear. Light wear to embossed soft card covers with some scuffing and general wear but generally in good condition. The inner pages are very clean. Colour and black-and-white illustrations.
