Heuer Sebring Dash Timer Original with Backing Plate. This is an original timer with metal, chromed case. Serial number is 136458 from the 1960's.
The backing plate is original Heuer as well, and is marked as such. Comes with original Heuer box.
Very hard to find this nice.
