Pre-owned. The box is in good condition and all swivel trays work nicely. The wood is in good condition with some light wear shown on some corners. The trays are very clean. There are no chips in the wood, or breaks. The top lid comes off if swiveled too far.  Box trays are not removable. 

This is not only an attractive decorator piece, it is a very convenient way to help keep jewelry separated, untangled, and earrings together.
