Looks like some water damage to bottom right corner, not enough to effect text. Binding is ripping — cover and first few pages are very nearly detached.

Wear commensurate to age, including discoloration, fraying, rubbing, etc.

Found in attic of an old barn at the historic Allen Farm in Bedford, NH, so exterior of book is pretty weathered. Probably untouched for at least forty years.
