Antique Holborn Surgical Instrument Co London Military Scope Biopsy

I am not quite sure exactly what this was used for - but I am sure collectors will know - if you know would appreciate you messaging me

The marks on the scopes slightly vary - see photo - I am not sure if it has been assembled with a few pieces added ?- it does all fit the Box well suggesting it’s original - although the marks on individual parts do vary - see photo
