I don’t see any markings on this so I am not sure if maker - possibly Baccarat

It’s is wonderful to have a matching pair - I think the intention is that they closely match although with them being hand cut they are not exactly identical

Sadly there is some damage to both of them - they both have multiple nibbles at corners and along edges and the one paperweight has a large chip that does affect the image - see photos I have tried to show this

They are wonderful even with the said damage
