This traditional logo bluenose reverse 10 cent coin is minted in proof finish in nickel plated steel. This coin is taken from the 2023 special edition silver dollar proof set. It is 18.03 mm in diameter and weighs 1.75 grams (the pure silver composition proof finish dime from the other set weighs 2.4 grams). On the obverse is the Susanna Blunt effigy of the Queen as well as the transition obverse date (1952 - 2022). Note that the four dots in a diamond shape set between the dates indicates the four effigies of QEII used on our coins in her 70 year reign. Mintage of the set is MUCH LOWER at only 12,500
You will receive the 10 cent coin in a 2 x 2 cardboard holder. No certificate.
