When I bought my first all electric grain brewing machine I soon realised that I needed a proper mash paddle. When I looked online for one I soon realised the choice was poor many being turned out on CNC machine out of poor quality wood or plastic.
So as I have had years of experience in the timber industry I decided to make my own, I then was advised to sell them as the quality of my workmanship was easily better than the competition, I only use the best timber and will not release a mash paddle until I am very happy with the finished item. It has now become my hobby to create interesting and unique mash paddles that I create to my own designs, I like to think of them as an art form that brewers will be happy to own and use.

Do not confuse this Mash Paddle with the inferior and flimsy plastic or steel versions.
Wooden Paddles do not scratch your stainless steel or conduct heat.
This Mash Paddle is solid, crafted from a beautiful single piece of Walnut, shaped and sanded by hand to a super smooth finish, all my Mash Paddles get a final polishing before posting.
The polishing process involves sanding from rough to super smooth with ever finer grades of sand paper this process is known as Linishing, it does not use any polishes, waxes or any other chemicals, this ensures the purity of the wood.
This is long approx 800mm x 55mm this is a heavy weight mash paddle that gives you the leverage to make mashing in with the maximum grain bill a breeze, the 38 & 30mm holes ensure the grain does not form any dough balls and lays a smooth level grain bed that ensures the mashing grains are evenly spaced, allowing for maximum mash efficiency. Then you follow the second shipping number which takes your package to your ultimate destination (your house)
