For sale is an antique Dutch Repousse silverplate and clear glass bowl. I do not know the age of this piece, but it reminds me of depression glass style candy dishes. The glass insert has two small handles and a pretty starburst pattern on the base. The thin silverplated metal tray features intricate repousse art with people dancing, playing instruments, as well as swirling skies, trees, houses and windmills. Really neat little piece! In good vintage condition- glass is perfect. The metal does have a little discoloring in one area- not sure if its rust or oxidation- see pictures for details. I have not attempted to clean this piece at all, so it may shine right up. No hallmarks or makers marks noted on the glass or metal. Measures 4 1/4" in diameter and 2 1/4" tall to the top of the handle.
