Shipping
We always send the item with a tracking number. So please place an order without any concern on delivery. You can always track the delivery status.
Shipping is only available to the address registered in eBay. If you want us to send another address, please change your address on eBay and then place an order.
Shipping is available from Monday to Friday. Weekends are not available because freight companies are closed.
All packages are shipped directly from Japan.
We will ship your order from Japan within handling time after we confirm your payment.
Handling time is based on our shipping policy.
We will do our best to ship fast and ship your item very carefully.
Please note that it may be FedEx, DHL or EMS.
Terms of Sale
We accept return within 60days from the receipt of the item for refund Return is accepted if only the item is different from item's description.
Must be unopened, unused, original package. (if it is new)
Buyer has to contact us first before return the item.
Unless the item is defective, the buyer is responsible of paying return shipping cost and we refund the cost of item ONLY.
Also, please be advised that the item has to be returned in the original condition with all the package and paperwork if any.
The cost of return is based on our return policy.
