Tested and found working without any functional defect. 

Fair condition aesthetically. Shows moderate to near heavy  scratches and wear from use.   The frame around the lens glass is missing. Not tested underwater and no guarantee for underwater useability and water resistance.

Comes repackaged with a generic aftermarket battery. No charger.
