Courier Deliveries or Deliveries which need a signature You as the buyer are responsible for being available to receive the item you have purchased. These deliveries cannot give a specific date or time this is due to the couriers? way of operating. If an item is undeliverable as no-one is available to receive a calling card will be placed through your letterbox with contact details to arrange re-delivery. If no contact is made and the item is returned to us. You the buyer will be responsible for the costs incurred by us and a further payment will be required to re-send the item again. We accept returns on all items unused in original packaging and in a re-sellable condition, items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of item. You as the buyer are responsible for returning and postage costs.
