Since shipping to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska takes 2-3 weeks when using this USPS economy shipping (instead of 3-9 days), cuttings won't be able to survive for so long in a package. So, unfortunately, I will have to use more expensive shipping that guarantees delivery to these territories in 2-3 days. As a result, the shipping fee is significantly more expensive. Sorry about that. The customers from Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Guam and Alaska should pick the USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box option as shipping, otherwise, I won't be able to guarantee the quality of received cuttings.
