This Harmony Kingdom figurine is named "Pip the Pelican" Wee Beastie and were carved by Sherman Drackett in 1998. It was hand painted/finished by local craftsmen in the Cotswold area of England.
Harmony Kingdom description:
"Pip the pelican is a resident of Pelican Island in Florida, the U.S.’s
oldest wildlife preserve. Collectors were given the opportunity to adopt
Pip to improve his habitat, and in exchange receive this miniature
pelican figurine (a downsized version of “Pell Mell”) along with
adoption papers, information on Pip and hid habitat."
